Teryx Support

"Teryx Support" is the core technology service we provide to our customers. We have been providing network administration and desktop support for almost 10 years. "Teryx support" offers your organization the professionalism, quick response, experience and knowledge of a full IT staff at a fraction of the cost. Whether we provide consulting services on an as-needed hourly basis or place an on-site technician multiple days a week, we can help your organization achieve the sophisticated technology infrastructure it deserves.

Teryx, Inc. offers a very competitive Service Level Agreement (SLA). We provide immediate response to all support requests. Once a request has been documented, Teryx will schedule a time that works with our client's schedule for a network engineer to assist. We provide a 24 hour response to non-emergencies and 2 hour emergency response time. Additionally, a lot of technical issues can be handled immediately via a remote support session. In many cases a Teryx network engineer can log into the affected system remotely and solve the problem with the employee via the phone/internet providing your organization with instant solutions at a huge cost saving.

E-Mail and Web Page Hosting

Although it is recommended that most companies host their own E-mail and web pages, Teryx, Inc. provides an inexpensive alternative. Should a client prefer to have a simple website and POP E-mail provided off site, Teryx can assist by providing a fully functional solution.

Teryx will help your organization with registering a domain name, finding a web designer and publishing your basic website on one of our servers. We can also point your domain name to a POP mail server which will allow you to send and receive E-mail from a computer, simple web interface or even a mobile device. In addition to providing web and E-mail services, Teryx, Inc. has teamed up with MXLogic to provide E-mail filtering. Even if your company does not use Teryx for its web or E-mail hosting, we can still help filter out all of that annoying and often offensive spam.

Off-Site FTP (File Transfer Protocol ) Backup

As individual work load has increased and the demand on computers has increased, so has the amount of critical data an organization has to maintain and protect. Tape and other antiquated back-up solutions have become too difficult or expensive to maintain. Any number of failures can occur when trying to maintain an organization's data back-ups. Tapes do not get changed, hardware fails, the media is not brought offsite on a consistent basis.....all of which can create a breach in the security of critical data.

Teryx, Inc. offers an offsite File Transfer Protocol FTP data backup solution for small organizations. Utilizing the untapped internet bandwidth late at night, Teryx can securely transmit your data to an offsite location via FTP. The software Teryx uses to transmit the data can be set up to encrypt sensitive material as well as issue success/failure notices to our staff. This gives both your organization and Teryx the confirmation and confidence that your data is secure from any unforeseen catastrophe.
